Service behaviors for customer 

24hr Hot line
Emergency question must be replied in 24hr, usual question must be replied in 48hr.
Anyone who receives the phone should be patient and manners. Answer the questions detailed and accurate.   


On site service

The person who will do the on site service must be authorized and get the ID card. Follow the on site rules and communicate with the customer. The critical work must be approved and under the supervision by the customer. The acceptance must be brought back after the project.
